Some of the 33 air-conditioned rooms at Citotel Hotel Cesar are furnished with a sofa bed and a writing table, and appointed with tea and coffee making equipment. Also, they feature tile flooring. Some of these air-conditioned rooms offer views of the river. Guests are welcome to use a kitchen with an electric kettle, a stovetop, and a washing machine in an apartment.
